Return and Refund Policy

Be very careful in selecting merchandise from this online store. A valuable part of every magical effect is its secret. Once this has been learned we cannot exchange or refund money on tricks or books unless there is a flaw in materials or in workmanship.  A re-handling/restocking charge will be made on all permissible returns.

Terms are net. Payment must accompany the order. No discounts unless advertised. Remit by credit card, paypal, google pay, or apple pay.  Postal or Commercial Money Order or by Certified Check. If cash is sent be sure to register the letter. All personal checks should be certified to avoid delay in shipment of your order. Foreign buyers should remit by International Postal Money Order, Bank Draft, or American currency only. If you are in a rush, we advise you to include extra money for Special Handling, Special Delivery, or Air Delivery.

The term F.O.B, (Freight On Board) means that the customer will pay the freight and insurance when the item is delivered to you. This usually only affects larger items and illusions. Abbott’s ships via United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service to all available areas. In most cases, U.P.S. will not deliver to an address containing only a Postal Box number. They greatly prefer a street number and location. On all United States orders, the proper five or nine digit Zip Code must be included. No C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery) shipments will be made without a deposit, preferably of fifty percent of the order’s value. All C.O.D. fees are paid by the customer. Large C.O.D. orders will be collected on a Cash Only basis – no personal checks. Shipment via Federal Express is available, and Abbott’s honors all major credit cards.  

Note: Michigan residents should add Six (6) percent sales tax to their total order after including the shipping charges.
